Coming down to Galveston soon? Looking for something fun for your teens to do during your visit? Well do we have some activities for them! Galveston has a ton of activities that will keep teens entertained for hours on end and will keep them out of your hair! Today we will discuss activities that will keep your teen children happy.
Pleasure Pier
What better place for your your teen to go than an amusement park? Pleasure Pier is a fun-filled place filled with thrill-seeking rides and an endless amount of food and restaurants in the area.
One of my favorite rides would have to be the Sea Dragon, which is in the shape of a boat. It rocks you back and forth really fast and gives you a much-needed thrill. Another ride I would recommend trying would have to be the Cyclone. It is a circle shaped ride that goes back and fourth right over the ocean! If I were you, I’d take my shoes off for this ride!
There are also many telescopes for you to use so you can look deep out in the ocean!
Address: 2501 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77550

Magic Carpet Golf
Another great thing for teens to do is to go mini-golfing. With an 18-hole course, your teens will be entertained for hours upon end with their competitive spirits coming to play. I personally enjoyed my time with my friends there. There are some challenging courses that really make you think about strategy and bring out the competitor in you.
This course is located on Galveston’s West End right next door to Premier Cinemas. So after a fun day golfing, they can head to a movie.
Address: 9030 Seawall Blvd Galveston, TX 77554

Schlitterbahn
Last but not least, we have Schlitterbahn. It is an amazing water park for kids of all ages. There is a one mile lazy river that connects you to the whole park. Schlitterbahn is also home to many high thrill speed rides such as the Rohr, Cliffhanger, and the incredible Screaming Serpents body slide. Schlitterbahn also houses the worlds tallest water coaster, the MASSIV Monster Blaster. There is also a wave simulator in which you can ride your boogie board and show off your moves. My personal favorite ride would have to be the Faust and Furious. It is a ride that shoots you directly straight down from 60 feet. It’s a thrill ride that you will never forget and want to ride again and again!
