Looking for something fun and exciting to do that will give you an up-close experience with marine life? Well you’ve come to the right place!
Galveston is the perfect place to create a deeper connection with marine life as well as to have a good time on a boat tour. There are many companies that offer boat tours that are extremely enjoyable and unforgettable.
Today we will go over one of my favorite boat tours that Galveston has to offer that you and your whole family will never forget.
Charters and Boat Tours
Get Hooked Charters and Boat Tours has been in business in Galveston for many years and offers boat tours 365 days out of the year! One of my favorite tours that they offer is the Dolphin and Sightseeing tour. You get to see some of Galveston’s historical sites such as:
- The cruise ship terminal
- Oil rig museum
- SELMA, the sunken concrete ship
Along with that, you get to see hundreds of the oceans most beloved creatures swim around the boat. It is a true once in a lifetime experience! The trip is 2 hours and you are allowed to bring a small cooler for snacks and beverages. You can bring up to six people for the total price of $175.
If you’re maybe looking for something more romantic to do, why not try the Sunset Cruise.
Galveston is notorious for having beautiful sunsets and what’s more romantic than watching a magnificent sunset with your significant other? You will be taken out through the channel and onto the beachfront where you can relax and watch the sunset. You will need to provide your own drinks, but a cheese and fruit tray will be provided for you. This cruise ranges from 2.5 to about 3 hours, so enjoy every moment of it! You can bring up to 6 people for the price of $400.
If you’re looking to turn up with your friends, I would recommend a Party Cruise.
It gives you and your friends a chance to dance to loud music and have a good time. Snacks will be provided, but you will need to bring your own cooler with beverages in it. This trip ranges from 3-4 hours. You can bring up to 6 people for the price of $550.
