Do you love art and festivals? If so, Galveston is the place to be in October because of the ARTober FEST.
What is it?
The ARTober FEST is a festival where 125 artists from across the country can show off their work to judges and the people of Galveston. The festival includes artist demonstrations, live music, farmer’s market and children’s art activities.
This year artwork will be shown in different media styles which includes:
- Jewelry
- Clay
- Painting
- Acrylic
- Oil
- Watercolor
- Glass
- Photography
- Pen and ink
- Textiles
- Wood and metal
- Digital media

- October 19, 2019 at 10AM-6PM
- October 20, 2019 at 11AM-5PM
Where is the ARToberFEST taking place?
ARToberFEST will take place in the Historic and Cultural Arts District located on Post Office and 22 Streets.

What is the price to attend?
Each day costs $5 per person to attend. Kids under 12 are free. The proceeds will benefit kid’s programs at the Grand Opera House.
