Their boats do not have propellers, so they are able to take you up close to the natural habitat of the dolphins without risk of accidently harming them. They are open all week year round. Adult admission is $10. Children two to twelve years old get in for $5.
Infants ride for free. You are also free to bring your pet free of any charge! You can also rent out their boats for family parties, reunions, and birthday parties. The cost for those activities will be $350.00 plus tax & 15% gratuity. I can personally vouge for this company. The captains and the tout guides are very fun and entertaining people.
The captain even let one of the kids steer the boat! And best of all, I have seen multiple dolphins every time I have taken a tour! Overall, it as a very productive forty-five-minute tour and money well spent.
Galveston Water Adventures is another suitable place to take a dolphin tour. They offer a one-hour tour of Galveston’s Harbor, which allows guests to view the marine life and many birds.
Admission for adults is $12 plus tax. Children twelve and under get in for $8 plus tax. Infants get in for free. You can also book a private event for birthday parties, weddings, etc.
They charge $350 per hour for private events. Personally, I really enjoyed the dolphin tour. Captain Jay made the trip very entertaining and memorable! He was also very knowledgeable with everything in and around the area. Overall, it was a very fun tour with many dolphins and other marine animals to see!
